AsiaWin Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

The AsiaWin platform is exclusively for individuals who are 18 years and above only. We take this age restriction very seriously. Any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform in any capacity.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access this platform.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on AsiaWin. By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information – including your full name, date of birth, active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Not registering using another person's name, address, or identity.
• Not registering via VPN or a controlled IP address to conceal your true location.
• Updating your account information should any of your personal details change.

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, AsiaWin conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) – front and back
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not more than 3 months old)
• A screenshot or proof of the payment method used

Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure, as well as a hold on pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for the security of your AsiaWin account username and password. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login details with anyone.
• Choosing a strong password and changing it regularly.
• Reporting any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
• Ensuring you log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

AsiaWin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited. If our system detects duplicate accounts linked to the same username, device, IP address, or payment method:

• All accounts involved will be suspended without prior notice.
• All balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account concerned will be forfeited.
• Users found to be involved may be permanently banned from the platform.

AsiaWin supports a wide range of popular and secure payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM20. Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 2 hours depending on the bank's processing time.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Accounts must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• AsiaWin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal can be made, in order to prevent money laundering.
• No fees are charged for standard withdrawals. However, more than three (3) withdrawals in a single day may incur an administrative fee of RM2 per transaction.

AsiaWin offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to MYR 888 for new members. Subject to a 20x rollover requirement on the total bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: Additional bonus on subsequent deposits. 15x rollover on the bonus amount.
• Weekly Cashback: Get up to 10% back on your net weekly losses. No rollover requirement applies to cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Earn MYR 30 for every friend you successfully refer who registers and makes their first deposit.

The rollover requirement is calculated based on the total bonus amount received. Example: If you receive a bonus of RM100 with a 20x rollover, you must place bets totalling RM2,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• The timeframe to fulfil the rollover requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bets placed on live casino games count at 100% towards the rollover.
• Bets placed on slots count at 100% towards the rollover requirement.
• Bets placed on football and other sports count at 100% towards the rollover.
• Cancelled or void bets do not count towards the rollover.

AsiaWin has zero tolerance for bonus abuse in any form. Activities considered as bonus abuse include:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk (bonus abuse / bonus hunting).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus terms.

If bonus abuse is detected, AsiaWin reserves the right to cancel the bonus, forfeit any associated winnings, and close the account in question without prior notice.

All games on the AsiaWin platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by international auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including AsiaWin itself.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any affected rounds will be voided and all bets fully refunded.
• Records of all game sessions are stored and can be reviewed by players through the game history section of their account.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a verified technical disruption.

AsiaWin's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more. The specific terms for sports betting are as follows:

• All odds and markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Live (in-play) bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Matches postponed by more than 24 hours will be declared void and all bets refunded.
• AsiaWin reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without being required to provide a reason.
• The maximum win for a single sports betting ticket is RM200,000.

AsiaWin expects all players to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the functionality of the AsiaWin platform.
• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing customer support staff or other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Sharing or selling account information to third parties.
• Filing fraudulent claims or providing false information to the support team.

• Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

AsiaWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
