Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests may be rejected for the following reasons: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus rollover requirements, bank account holder name does not match your AsiaWin account name, incomplete or incorrect bank/eWallet account details, or suspicious activity on the account. Check your email for a rejection notification containing the specific reason.

Rollover requirements mean you need to wager a specified amount (typically 10x–20x the bonus amount) before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you must wager a total of MYR 1,000 before withdrawing that bonus. Your original deposit balance (excluding the bonus) can be withdrawn at any time without rollover requirements.

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal request that is still showing a "Processing" status through the Transaction History in your account. Click the "Cancel" button next to the relevant request. Once cancelled, the funds will be returned to your account balance immediately. However, withdrawals that are already in "Approved" or "Completed" status can no longer be cancelled.

AsiaWin does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. The full amount you request will be transferred to your bank account or eWallet. However, your bank or eWallet provider may apply a small receiving fee — please check with them for more information.
